Don’t miss this week’s shipment of comics as two new releases from Avatar Press land in stores!  GRAVEL #1 by Warren Ellis marks the start of the full-size, ongoing run by this powerhouse creator, which also features the talents of writer Mike Wolfer (Strange Killings) and artist Raulo Caceres (Crecy.)  PLUS the next installment of Jamie Delano’s psychedelic thriller will be available as NARCOPOLIS #2 arrives in stores.  Ask your retailer about these items. Local comic retailers are now compiling their orders for Avatar’s April 2008 releases.  That month the first issue of Warren Ellis’ ANNA MERCURY will ship, as well as NARCOPOLIS #3 and GRAVEL #2.  When visiting your local shop this week, go ahead and let them know about which Avatar Press items you want for April.  We also have a handy checklist you can print out and take into your LCS.
