    FreakAngels passes the 100 page mark this week, so check out the current installment — and if you’re new to this free webcomic from Warren Ellis, Paul Duffield, and Avatar Press, you’ve got some catching up to do.

    The Avatar Press comics and other items listed below are available in comic shops this week, according to our distributor. Most retailers in the U.S. display new shipments for the week beginning on Wednesday. Ask your local stores about these items. If you cannot find them locally, the links below will take you to those items in the store and include graphics and descriptions of those items.

    Local comic shops are now collecting their orders for Avatar Press’ July releases.  When visiting your store this week go ahead and let them know about the Avatar items you want for July.  We also have a handy checklist you can print out and take into your LCS.

    Avatar at WizardWorld Philly this weekend

    If you’re going to WizardWorld Philly this weekend stop by the Avatar booth and say hello to William Christensen, Mike Wolfer, and David Marks who will be on hand to discuss current and upcoming Avatar projects.

    World War Z and Zombie Survival Guide author Max Brooks will also be at the Avatar booth giving away a free sample chapter of his upcoming Zombie Survival Guide: Recorded Attacks Graphic Novel.
